All work created by cad-arts remains our copyright until honouring the agreement by interested part, all final published artworks becomes the ownership of such interested part.

cad-arts reserves the right to use some artworks and designs for promotional material, and for tenders towards new works, such use would not happen if prior arrangements were made by relevant parts.

Work development stages remain the property of cad-arts. After the completion of the project, full ownership will change hands.

cad-arts works closely with IPO UK, and can advise, and work towards design, copyright, and patents, to further implement and enforce IP protection in the UK and if needed, globally.

Other notes

cad-arts have strong ethic views about profane, pornographic, defamatory, and other material and contexts of similar nature. 

Therefore, be advised that all infringement will be passed on the the relevant authorities, without hesitations.
